Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for services provided by Core Books Accounting LLC. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy.

Monthly service fees

Monthly bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and MYOB plans are billed in advance for the upcoming month. Because work is scheduled and performed throughout the month, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun. If you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of the current paid period.

One-time and setup fees

One-time fees, such as onboarding, catch-up, cleanup or migration work, are billed for time and effort already committed. Once that work has started, these fees are non-refundable. If you cancel a one-time project before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of that project fee.

Email [email protected] or call 1-844-944-9858 with your name, business name and the charge in question. We review every request individually and in good faith.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
